Hey Pretty Mama,
I thought it was important to talk about essential oils when it comes to usage during pregnancy. Essential oils have wonderful and powerful properties, but like all things have to be used correctly and in the right amounts, as they are extremely potent and if not used right, can do more harm then good. I know a number of mamas who swear by them, to alleviate some of the pregnancy symptoms such as morning sickness, consitipation, swelling etc. So to clarify and get a better understanding of what you pretty mamas can use safely during pregnancy, and which essential oils are to be avoided, I turned to my friends at "Essence of Nature Oils", who were so kind as to write a Guest blog post on my site today. Please check it out at www.prenatalandbeyondfit.com/?p=1540. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did, and if you have any questions or concerns head over to www.facebook.com/essenceofnatureoils to find out more. You can also email Tracy directly who wrote this blog post at tracyposner82@gmail.com. Please share this with anyone who could use it.  #bewell

Today I would like to share a fabulous find from our partners @homesweethomebirth called: "The Holistic Guide to Optimal Health in Pregnancy and Beyond". This 60-page comprehensive guide, written by Anne Margolis, is filled with tons of useful research, tips and recommendations from her 20-year experience as a midwife. Anne, just like myself, is passionate about helping women during this special time by incorporating holistic health and having a mind, body, and spirit approach. The Guide, can be downloaded at: http://bit.ly/healthylivingebook. Topics include how to reduce stress, how to avoid toxins, nutrition, supplementation, and so much more. This is an essential guide for new and expectant mom. Please share with anyone who could benefit from it. #bewell
