Sinusitis is frequently treated with antibiotics, over the counter pain medication, and a saline nasal spray to help clear away congestion. You can also try to get plenty of rest, drink plenty of fluids, and put a warm, wet towel on your face to ease sinus pressure. http://goo.gl/ICBIms #PHS #Sinusitis

Snoring is a major sign of sleep apnea, but with sleep apnea, the snoring includes pauses that are followed by choking or gasping. Often, people don’t know they have this issue until a family member tells them. http://goo.gl/HuVs9d #sleephealth #PHN
