Years ago, I saw a well-known vegan celebrity – and he was eating a hotdog. One made of meat. At the time, I was brand-new to the vegan lifestyle, smug and chock full of self-righteousness. I eagerly tattled on the celeb to a friend who is a vegan chef. I’ll never forget what happened next.
