Paying attention to your health can truly make a difference in your life. It’s important to have the recommended check-ups and cancer screenings.
EDW - Early Detection Works is part of a foundation that helps women pay for the necessary screenings for breast and cervical cancer in Kansas.
The guidelines are:
• Between ages of 40-64
• Do not have health insurance
• Have a certain family income (find this information at www.kdheks.gov/edw)
One out of every seven women will develop breast cancer at some point during her life. Because of early detection and medical advances you could survive and live a healthy life. Please take the necessary steps and pay attention to your health. PrairieStar cares about your wellness.
