Dear Nicole,
Thank your for your call & offer for exchange.

When I bought at Heathrow Airport, I'm supposedly to get a bargain been duty free & cheaper than London city shops price.

But now if I were to exchange at Hong Kong city shops, I'll be paying for the difference at regular price thus my bargain purchase has been nullified.

Will Prada be able to accord discounted price similarly to Airport duty free?

I've attached digital images of the damages which I believe as a result of been a showroom unit. It can't be due to after 2nd time normal use.

To your question what can you do to satisfy my complain, I'll leave it to your company to judge. Embarrassed by been called buying FAKE GOODS by a relative, inconvenienced cause for bringing in for repair & pointed out scratches from 2nd time normal use.

Greetings,
I hope that this eMail will reach Prada headquarters.

At least this is what I was made to understand as I have no means to provide direct feedback/complain. When I google it, dissatisfied customers have to resort to other 3rd party website. Is Prada been over whelmed with feedback & complains?

It has always been my wife dream to have a branded handbag like Prada.

I bought her, her 1st Prada when departing from Heathrow London & the 1st piece on display had flaw with the zip to which the shop assistance went to get another from the store. Noticed the inner zip is a bit tight but accepted it as it's not as bad as the main zip. Trusting the brand (which I should have not) after testing the main zip, I paid for it.

To her delight she used for the 2nd time only when her cousin visited us & the magnet button came off. To our embarrassment the comment given by her cousin, must be FAKE GOODS !!!

When brought into Sogo Department Store for repair, was asked to queue like the rest. And was told will take 4 - 6 weeks for it to repair in Hong Kong, so looooong? Is it because there are too many flaws with Prada goods that require such long period to repair? Upon receiving the handbag the shop pointed out to us other scratches found which is impossible after only using it twice (which is why I said I shouldn't have trusted & checked myself above).

Finally was called to collect the repaired bag & this time around there was no queue but the security said "Wait" with a firm tone a forceful hand gesture too which I blew my top & asked him is this how Prada treats their customers? Hearing & seeing it, Bonnie Yeung (Department Manager) intervene & apologize to us.

I'm interested to see where & who this eMail will reach & what will be the response like or do I have to resort to 3rd party website like others?
