Welcome Back,
I hope you had a fantastic Christmas and New Years break.
We finished 2015 with a few events. Our first 'Host a Roast' was held at Melanie and Leanne's family home, they made a fantastic roast pork with all the trimmings and each guest brought a delicious dessert. We then had our biggest Potluck to date, with games played and good food made and shared. Thank you to everyone that came, you all made a huge effort. Thank you Peter and Jos for allowing us all to enjoy your cozy long barn at Roselidden again.

This year is going to be an exciting one ahead. We have lots of events coming up and lots of exciting collaborations happening. We also turn 2 in February, time has flown by and we have all of you to thank. Without your support these foodie events wouldn't happen. So thank you. I really enjoy what we do.

To kick start January we will be enjoying a few different foods from Japan, made with local Cornish ingredients.
I met Naoko at the end of last year, I am so happy that I finally found good Japanese food here in Cornwall it has to be my most favourite cuisine. Naoko has kindly agreed to host her first secret supper club night with us. Naoko is from Tokyo, what you will eat at her supper night will be authentic Japanese food. Naoko also runs monthly sushi making classes and childrens little story baking workshops run from Penair School. I can personally recommend her sushi nights as we went to a braised pork belly and garlic sushi roll evening last month.
We hope you will enjoy what we have install for you this year. If there is anything you would like to see us do please get in touch as all ideas are welcome.
Teases to come this year - Lots of Sunday Lunches, Bee talks, Gin Tastings, family foraging and more.

We look forward to seeing you in the near future.
Taor and Peter

Full details are set out in the attached leaflet.
Please circulate the information to anyone who you may feel would benefit from such an event. I can provide printed posters and leaflets.

The Big Lunch is a very simple idea from the Eden Project. The aim is to get as many of the 63 million people in the UK as possible to have lunch with their neighbours for a few hours of community, friendship and fun. A whopping 4.83 million people took part in The Big Lunch 1 June 2014!

Potluck Cornwall and People and Gardens are coming together to hold a Big Lunch Potluck Picnic.
It's a chance to get the community together for some good food, fun games and a chance to make some new friends.

Please bring your own blankets and or camping chairs, and dish or 3 to share and your own drinks.

Time: Sunday, June 7at 1:00pm - 5:00pm
