Transitons XTRACtive lenses are photochromic lenses which go dark even when driving. Traditional Transitions VII lenses react to UV light to go dark. As car windscreens absorb UV light, these lenses have not worked well inside a vehicle. Transitons XTRActive lenses were launched to go dark when driving as they react to visible light rather than UV light. However, these lenses were available only in grey. Now Posh Eyes have extended the range of Transitions XTRActive to both Brown and the new Graphite Green colours as well as the traditional Grey colour. Find out more about Transitions XTRActive here:

Posh Eyes has offered a mirror lens effect to its prescription sunglass range for many years. However this has been limited to only one colour - grey. Now you can choose a mirror effect for your prescription sunglasses from a variety of different colours including ocean blue and silver. Furthermore you can choose either a bright mirror finish on a dark sunglass tint (know as a Class 3 tint) or a softer mirror finish on a lighter tint (known as a Class 2 tint).

Photochromic lenses go dark when outside and return to clear when inside. Also known as Transitions, these lenses have typically come in only two colours - grey and brown. However, Posh Eyes in conjunction with the lens manufacturer Essilor, has launched a new photochromic colour - Graphite Green.  The new lenses are designed for the younger, fashion conscious wearer who is looking for a more natural "sunglass" look, as the colour closely matches the grey/green lenses fitted to Ray-Ban sunglasses. The new lenses are available to order now. #Transitions
