Hi Shawn, It’s not often that we receive a negative review and typically when we do we have plenty to say about it, our side of the story to share. This may be the first one in our history where we’re going to agree with nearly everything you had to say and we apologize for the horrific experience you’ve had with our company. We have tens of thousands of satisfied customers and I promise you this is not the norm. We did in fact let the manager of this division go because things were allowed to get so disorganized. It is also true that we asked Aqua Products for some help in resolving some outstanding issues, yours included. We are confident that this will never happen again, we have taken numerous steps to make sure of that. I will personally follow up on your cleaner today and have an update for you later today. Please, if there is anything you need for your pool in the future let me know personally and I will make sure you are taken care of. We are very sorry for the experience you’ve had. Thank you, Ryan.
