, I think it's disgusting that you advertise service you can't provide and you refuse to fix the issues we're experiencing because you know we're captive to your crappy service if we want speeds over 3Mbps that aren't subject to weather conditions. Your technical support people have confirmed suspicions that the neighborhood junction box can't support the bandwidth you've sold to customers in our neighborhood. Your unwillingness to perform the necessary upgrades while you happily take our money and provide 10% of the service we pay for should be criminal.
Once this survey is complete I'm going to present the findings to the other major ISPs in the area and to our town board. Would love to see lose their franchise in our town.
