Back again for my 115K service. As always, I went to see Mitch Buster. He does an incredible job in making sure I am fully satisfied. His customer service is superior. This time around, he pointed out a nail in my tire...bad news. However, Mitch was able to pull up my history record and informed me that the tire was under warranty and a replacement tire would be free...great news! Turns out that the nail was very shallow and only punctured the tread so I didn't need a replacement. I'm glad Mitch took the extra step to do some research and inform me of my tire warranty. Every time I bring my Lexus in for service I make sure that Mitch is working that day as he has proved excellent service to me by a service consultant.

The success of this dealership starts at the top and service quality has filtered across the entire organization. I purchased my fourth Lexus from this dealership without pressure or haggling. Additionally, friends have purchased multiple vehicles. I offer a special thanks to Gary Whipkey (GM), Peter Le Comte (a wonderful sales & leasing consultant) and Mitch Buster (a conscientious service consultant) for making my visits a superb experience.

I initially visited the Pohanka Lexus Dealership in Chantilly in January 2014. I had never previously owned a Lexus before, and during this early phase of my car search, I wanted to seek the guidance of a Lexus expert to help facilitate my decision. I had the pleasure of meeting Qui Nguyen, one of the dealership’s leading sales consultants. Qui carefully walked me through the various models Lexus offers in order to best understand my preferences. There is a car that is perfectly tailored to each individual’s needs and personality. Qui shares this belief and educated me tirelessly as I continued my car search over the following months, making several return visits to this Lexus dealership. I want to make it clear that I continued coming back to Lexus because of Qui; his impressive command of the Lexus brand, and compassion for keeping the consumer’s best interest at heart are an altogether rare commodity in the automobile sales industry. Several months later, Qui matched me with a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus IS 250C, a gem of a car with impressively low miles and a rare color combination that was traded just a day before Qui contacted me. Upon arriving for my fourth or fifth trip to this Lexus dealership, I was treated as a member of the Lexus family, as Qui took precise steps to ensure my buying experience would yield a lasting impression on me. It is no wonder the Pohanka Lexus Dealership in Chantilly is rated number 1 in the entire United States … it is due to sales consultants like Qui Nguyen who take time to educate, advise, and motivate buyers. Gone are the days of pressure tactics aimed solely at generating revenue and commission. His is a style of the new era of expert sales consultants. I visited the Pohanka Lexus service center late Dec, 2013. The primarily reason for my visit was because my regular mechanic was busy and I needed to leave town for a long road trip. I was welcomed in the service center by Jason Skidds, service advisor. Jason happily scheduled the necessary maintenance and welcomed me to enjoy the lounge while my car received service. I was so pleased with attention to detail that the entire team demonstrated in the service of my vehicle, that I returned shortly after with our second Lexus to have it serviced as well. Jason was happy to look up the warranty enhancement notice that I had received for one of our cars and advise me on the necessary work. Thank you Jason for your attention to detail and willingness to provide kind and professional service to Lexus Pohanka customers.

I first like to say the service I received at Pohanka Lexus Chantilly was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I started with the sales rep Cesar Zebina who had me drive 4 hours to the dealership by lying to me about the cars available. When I talked to him on the phone and by e-mail I clearly stated I wanted the ES 300h it was my top choice. The ES 350 was the 2nd choice if I didn’t the ES 300h. He led me to believe he had multiple ES 300h on the lot so I drove the 4 hours late that afternoon to Pohanka Lexus in Chantilly, Va. It was a total farce I could not believe after all that he had not one ES 300h in the inventory. The missing parts were not replaced by Pohanka Lexus Chantilly. The first problem was the power shade was not working when I checked it the next day and wheel lock key followed by the door handle screw cover and the shift screw cover totally missing. If I get a flat tire what can I do I don’t have the wheel lock key to help myself It’s just sad. I have bought the two small parts but when you purchase a brand new car it should come with ever thing right? This experience will be ingrained within me for a long time I will warn others about the brand for sure. Doing what I do for the freedom of this country and being a veteran, I feel I was manipulated into the Lexus I purchased from your dealership and it’s a shame. I intend to shed some light on this type bait and switch tactic’s your dealership uses at multiple blog and comment sites imaginable.

My Wife and I we brought in our RX-350 for an annoying rattling/clunking noise that bother us so much for many weeks. This noise worries us mostly while we drive, feeling that something may fall off. This was our first time working with Asad Malik who was our Service Advisor who took time to listen to everthing words we mentioned to him. He's very polite, courteous and attentive. Right away he was able to get the Technician to test drive my car before I get a chance to sit down in the lounge to take a sip of drink. The cause of the Noise was discovered right away and I was out of Lexus Chantilly in less than 30 minutes in my rental car. That was aswome works. I begin to love Lexus Services more and more with their fast service like this. The next day Asad went above and beyond to do his own research to check up on our Warranty to see if our car still cover under the Extended Warranty and lucky enough he discovered that indeed it still covered and he immediately called us right away to notify us that all the repairs that expected to cost us thousand of dollars out of pocket will cost us Zero Dollar since we still have Extended Warranty on our car. We had no clue, we had never checked our warranty booklet to even have an idea that our car is still being covered. Thanks to Asad for his hospitality and promptly return all of our calls. He deserve an A+ with his good and honest works. It was a smooth transaction from the beginning to the end for us in dealing with Asad Malik. I would love to work with him again and again. He's very pleasent to work with who care and listen well and made us feel confident that all of our trouble and issue are being heard and will be addressed properly and they did. We'll defintely be going back to Lexus Chantilly again when ever our car needs service. Thank you Lexus of Chantilly,, your guys Rock!!! Chanthy Sy
