This could be it. House Republicans are willing to legalize undocumented workers, but stop short of a pathway to citizenship. This is a position with a lot of support from the middle. It's a compromise that neither Left or Right will be happy with, which makes it perhaps the most likely bill to pass if one is to pass before the mid-term presidential elections.

Christopher has been extremely patient and thorough during the process. I only had to do a very minimum amount of paperwork. My permanent resident status was recommended for approval on the spot at the end of the interview (I received my green card in the mail within a week after the interview). He is definitely the one to go to if you are wanting to adjust your status. Great attorney!

We are so grateful to have found Christopher Pogue after speaking with over 20 other attorneys. My husband and I had a complicated immigration case and Christopher was extremely helpful throughout the entire long process. He did extensive research and was always ready with response for everything USCIS threw at us. The immigration process and waiting game was very stressful and strenuous on our relationship. We were very fortunate that Christopher was always available for phone conversation or very quick to respond to an email whenever we had a question. He constantly reassured us about our case, explained things so we could understand, and was always honest and upfront with us. We cannot say enough good things about Christopher. We truly highly recommend him for any immigration case, especially the tougher ones. Thank you so much Christopher, we could not have got through this without you.

Mr. Christopher Pogue is one of the best immigration lawyer that we have worked with. He has been very generous. Me n my wife were just relaxed during the whole process of my wife's immigration case. He also handled my naturalization case. He always gave us the clear picture ahead and the time frames that he used to give us were bang on. He was always available to meet, respond and answer any type of query regarding our immigration process. He used to prepare us and guide us well ahead of time. He is very friendly in nature which made us complete stress free during the whole process. Thank you so much Mr. Christopher for handling our case. We highly recommend to persons having any query regarding immigration or naturalization process should contact him up. All the best Christopher for your future endeavours.

Mr. Christopher Pogue is an awesome immigration attorney. He is very knowledgeable about the workings of the USCIS; he was very responsive, trustworthy and kept my wife and I informed when I requested his services in March of 2012, for the change of status of my wife as a Permanent Resident of the US. We did not know the details of the requirements and the expectations of the USCIS. After I explained our objectives to Mr. Pogue, he enthusiastically and patiently explained and defined all the information, requirements and expectations of the USCIS for our objective. Mr. Pogue thoroughly prepared all the required USCIS forms and arranged all the supporting submissions from my wife and I, and then, it a smooth sailing from there on. He kept us informed constantly for the duration of the process; within months my wife received her Green Card in the mail. Thanks to Christopher, he made it easy for us. We cannot thank him enough. My wife and I highly recommend Mr. Christopher Pogue for any persons with any transactions with the US Citizenship and Immigration service. He’s the best! sincerely, Victor

Christopher and Neil has greatly helped and assisted us in processing Harry's green card. They provided us guidance on what to do for the interview and what documents to prepare. They are very prompt in answering our immigration inquiries and call us back as soon as they are free, which is very rare for immigration lawyers nowadays. Our green card interview was a breeze and it only took us more or less than 15 minutes. We highly recommend their service as they know their stuff.

Roughly 10 months ago, I discovered that I had a complicated green card process ahead of me. I would have to leave my wife,go back to my home country and wait for 10 months while processing paperwork.I thought I could manage the paperwork myself. After doing some research, I understood that there was a great deal of risk in all of this. Mess one thing up, or forget the smallest thing, and your future might not turn out how you expected it to. The pressure was on me, and I had a hard dealing with it. I am no expert in immigration law, so my wife and I were Nervous and afraid. From that point on we decided to let Christopher Pogue handle our case. From the very start, we felt that we were dealing with a professional. He was very knowledgeable and great at explaining the different options we had. During the entire 10 month process, he has taken well care of us. Always open to talk about any concerns, or any questions we had. He was always up to date with the latest news, for example he knew that my local embassy`s interview location had changed. He always made sure we had the right documents and helped us with good advice on how to prove our good faith marriage (Bona Fides). Also good at reminding us of deadlines ect. My overall impression of Christopher is very good! I felt that he sincerely cared for us, and he is excellent at what he does. He also offered to follow up on our case and keep us informed about future case updates ect... Thank you Christopher! Sincerely, Daniel and Alina Hitsman (Happily married :)
