The Cincinnati Enquirer recently published my editorial rebuttal defending visiting families at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. These families were accused of visa wrong doing when in fact they were in full compliance with the law. Sadly this did not stop their local school district from trying to kick them out of school....
In a recent article noting the rise of Arabic speakers in Mason schools and the impact this had on the school’s budget, it was originally written that these “students and their families are likely on ... visito

This could be it. House Republicans are willing to legalize undocumented workers, but stop short of a pathway to citizenship. This is a position with a lot of support from the middle. It's a compromise that neither Left or Right will be happy with, which makes it perhaps the most likely bill to pass if one is to pass before the mid-term presidential elections.

Christopher was great to work with. He was able to answer all of my questions quickly and clearly so I could understand the process we were embarking on. Upon delivering him our personal information, he and his team filed our paperwork quickly and accurately without any hold-ups. The smoothness of the whole process reassured me that hiring Christopher was 100% the right choice.

I have dealt with Christopher on various issues over four years or so. He made the process so much less stressful and a lot more straightforward. I think what stands out about him is that he radiates calmness and confidence. He obviously knows the law and the procedures, but he also guided me through the process and communicated in a way that convinced me this entire daunting journey is going to have a good outcome.

My wife and I were worried about our ability to file for adjustment of status on our own, so we contacted Christopher Pogue and hired him to take on our case. He took us through the process every step of the way and immediately advised us on; or took care of any problems that came up. He was always available for contact and responded to our questions right away. Very kind, approachable and professional. The value of his services and the peace of mind we had by having him on our side were both priceless, and unparalleled. Don't gamble with your future. If you are overwhelmed, intimidated, or concerned about the immigration process, by all means hire Christopher Pogue. It's the best money you can spend, the best decision you can make, and will give you the best chance for success. Highly recommended -- Excellent service. Thanks Chris.

Mr. Pogue is a reliable immigration attorney who provided an excellent service. I feel confident retaining him as my attorney for my case. I feel comfortable communicating to him and his assistant during the process. He followed up with the uscis upon my request in order to solve the delay in the arrival of my green card. He has been a huge help!

I am a law student and I was blown away at how good of an attorney he was. We had done the initial paperwork for our case ourselves but when we were still waiting for our interview 9 months later, I was referred to Chris by the judge I was interning for. Chris immediately pointed out the reasons for the delay and and then worked incredibly hard the next few months using all of his experience and expertise in immigration law as well as the Cincinnati locality to finally get our paperwork through. I don't know what we would have done without Chris! And what a high bar he sets for all aspiring lawyers!

Great service. Chris and his team are timely and efficient. He put together a great case for my family's immigration. He is very responsive to inquiries and very accessible. The service is very reasonably priced compared to other attorneys.

We cannot recommend Chris enough. He made a daunting process easy and stress-free and was always available when we had questions. Is it strange to say we enjoyed our trips to the lawyer offices? 'Cos we did. :) Thank you Chris and team for your help and professionalism.

Christopher has helped me out since day one. I fell that he is a great and confident immigration attorney and his work with me has proved it. He explained the complete process as clear as if you're trying to teach a 5 year old how to count. If you are in the need of an immigration attorney he and his firm are a great option for you.
