The Cincinnati Enquirer recently published my editorial rebuttal defending visiting families at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. These families were accused of visa wrong doing when in fact they were in full compliance with the law. Sadly this did not stop their local school district from trying to kick them out of school....
In a recent article noting the rise of Arabic speakers in Mason schools and the impact this had on the school’s budget, it was originally written that these “students and their families are likely on ... visito

USCIS Announces Revised Procedures for Determining Visa Availability for Applicants Waiting to File for Adjustment of Status.

India EB-2 Category is the big winner with the priority date moving from 2005 to 2011.  Most categories will also see some improvement.

This will also open up big new opportunities for those with a pending I-485 to change employers under AC-21.

This could be it. House Republicans are willing to legalize undocumented workers, but stop short of a pathway to citizenship. This is a position with a lot of support from the middle. It's a compromise that neither Left or Right will be happy with, which makes it perhaps the most likely bill to pass if one is to pass before the mid-term presidential elections.

Christopher is hardworking, efficient, and SINCERE. My process was cut at least in half time-wise thanks to Christopher Pogue, and my visa was approved. He answers all of my questions (which is a full time job in itself) and is incredibly intelligent. I would recommend Christopher to anyone needing an immigration lawyer. He is reasonably priced and takes the time to make sure what needs to be done is done. He genuinely cared for us. I plan to use his services for any of my immigration needs as he is a wonderful person and a wonderful lawyer.

My case was very complicated I spoke 4 different lawyers before I found Christopher and they all confused me. I was very stressed out and didn't know what to do. I got my paperwork ready twice and payed a lawyer good amount fees and didn't send it to USCIS because I felt this lawyers was guiding me to a wrong way. I delayed my case because all this trouble and financial difficulty, but thanks God I found Christopher, he made it all possible, first time I spoke to him I was very impressed I new I could depend on him, I trusted him through this process and did everything he told me to do, I didn't doubt him once, because I felt he was very honest, very smart, and educated, he always had true answers to any of my questions and was very attentive. He is the best lawyer you can ever find and I was very fortunate to have him guide me. Besides being a great lawyer he is a great person and has a kind hart, He went out to his job descriptions and did everything to help me, any other lawyers wouldn't do this, I highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much Christopher, I greatly appreciate everything you've done and wish you the best from my heart.

Christopher Pogue was able to help us were many have failed. He is an excellent immigration attorney and his fee was very reasonable. If you chose Mr. Pogue to represent you in your case, you can be sure that he will work incredibly hard to make sure you get the best representation. He will explain all of your options, walk you through the process and always available to answer your questions. He is very intelligent, attentive, thoughtful, honest and has your best interest at heart. I recommend him to anyone in need of immigration attorney.

We are so grateful to have found Christopher Pogue after speaking with over 20 other attorneys. My husband and I had a complicated immigration case and Christopher was extremely helpful throughout the entire long process. He did extensive research and was always ready with response for everything USCIS threw at us. The immigration process and waiting game was very stressful and strenuous on our relationship. We were very fortunate that Christopher was always available for phone conversation or very quick to respond to an email whenever we had a question. He constantly reassured us about our case, explained things so we could understand, and was always honest and upfront with us. We cannot say enough good things about Christopher. We truly highly recommend him for any immigration case, especially the tougher ones. Thank you so much Christopher, we could not have got through this without you.

Christopher handled our paperwork in the U.S. so that I could live with my wife overseas while her case processed. He handled every delay and complication we faced and we were so grateful to have him working for us. He made himself available while we lived overseas and always answered our questions quickly. His advice and knowledge about the system is excellent. He is honest and genuine about his work and treats you with respect. We plan to work with him in the future, and I highly recommend him!

Mr. Pogue is amazing, he saved my husband from being deported, and corrected our marriage application within the span of a week! Because of Mr. Pogue and his firm my husband did not have any further delays and we are now on the way to permanent residency. His rates are completely reasonable and we were blown away with the quality of the service he provided. Thank you so much for all you did Mr. Pogue, we will certainly be recommending you in the future!

Christopher has been extremely patient and thorough during the process. I only had to do a very minimum amount of paperwork. My permanent resident status was recommended for approval on the spot at the end of the interview (I received my green card in the mail within a week after the interview). He is definitely the one to go to if you are wanting to adjust your status. Great attorney!
