Saad, thank you for your feedback. Customer service is extremely important to us, so I am disappointed to hear that you have had difficulty getting a hold of us. The local owners actually sold to Asbury Automotive 16 years ago, and we are currently under construction of a brand new Audi store at our current location. Because of that, there have been a few small snags, and we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our new store will be finished this December 2015.
