8/13/2015 Had to swing by this spot to grab some clonning gel when in bozeman, MSRP for everything, why even be in business, Every grow store gives discounts, i asked how you get the hommie hook up, " pay us $200 and we will give you 10% off, i asked if i give them $400 if i get 20% off, 10% off is the most you can get off and you have to pay for it. Great customer service, Full MSRP and no discounts....looks like we will be going elsewere Amazon is nex day shipping and 40% msrp, and lloks like im going to open a grow shop.

I like to shop locally as much as possible. However I recently purchased two Dramm (I do not recommend, three of these have failed in under a summer, buy Ace brand way cheaper and way better) at Planet Natural. Both failed in less than a summer of use. Started leaking and would not shut off even if you were not pressing down on lever. Never had this problem with other cheaper nozzles. Since I did not have my receipt, even though the code sticker from the store was still on one, they were unwilling to even exchange for store credit. Now, same scenario at Ace, Lowes, or Home Depot a refund would not even be second guessed, even if the product was still in working order. Not to mention staff was not helpfull and borderline rude. "What, did you leave them out for the winter?" No I did not leave them out for the winter. Will not shop at this overpriced store ever again. I will continue my local shopping at other places but not here. Use the internet or boxed stores, Not Planet Natural.

It is, without a doubt, one of my favorite spots to shop in Bozeman. Great selection of gifts, plants, unique accessories for home and a staff that has always gone above and beyond to be helpful and answer any questions I have had.

Bought gypsy moth traps that were almost junk. and they came without all the parts. Terrible instructions and junk parts! The seller should be ashamed of himself! JHM New Jersey
Response from the owner - 3 months ago
Hi JHM - I'm sorry you are having trouble with the Gypsy Moth Traps, but they are the best ones that we have found on the market today. I also don't think that they can be beat for the price; 2 traps and 2 lures for $7.95. For what it's worth, with the recent gypsy moth outbreak on the East Coast, we've sold just under 2,000 of these traps in the last 3 weeks -- with no other product complaints! We would be more than happy to ship you out the parts that were missing. Please call our customer service hotline at 1-800-289-6656.

On June 3d, I placed an order for some weed killer for a pond on my property in PA. My charge card was processed the same day. A few weeks went by and I called and left a message to see why I hadn't received my supplies. Another week went by and I finally got an email that the order would not be processed because of a "Fraud Violation". I called them again and was told my shipping address was different from my billing address. This was true because my home address is different from my business address. They said my supplies would be shipped immediately. Another two weeks have gone by and still no supplies. I called and left voice mails and emails, but no return call. I just called again and someone finally answered. When I asked again, where my order was I was told they're out of stock and didn't know when they would have the supplies. I asked for a refund and they said they would refund my charges and they would be processed soon. Nothing received back from them yet, but with the lack of service I've received so far,I'm not surprised
