My favorite Apple Orchard by far!! They have the biggest store room and gift shop with a unique rotating apple sorter that kids and adults like to watch. The apple doughnuts and apple cider chocolate chip cookies are amazing. You can buy a smaller amount of apples from them and not get stuck with more than you can handle. It's a beautiful property with a breathtaking view of the lake during the hayride. The tractor driver reminded me of a sweet grandpa and took our picture with our camera before the ride started. I've been coming here since I was a kid and I've never been disappointed!!

Evidently during the week they don't have enough staff on board. We got there early afternoon. Stood in line to get checked out for about half hr. Then went to get an apple treat. Stood in line again for even longer. They had one cash register open. The line was long. We watched people leave the line in disgust over the wait time. We ordered the apple rollover. Mine had 2 slices of apple & my husbands had 3 slices. It was tasty, but would have been nice to see some apples in the product. We asked for decaff coffee & was told they needed to make it-they would bring it out to us. We never did get our coffee.

I had a lot of fun at this place. there was a lot of variety of stuff in the shop for sale. unfortunately I was too early for the honeycrisp and pumpkins. hayride and corn maze was fun and affordable. down side is that they did not clean up the path for the corn maze so all the stalks are just "flattened" for the path. so I was constantly tripping and twisting my ankle. I didn't mind that until I fell. a total face plant into the "flattened" corn stocks. I bashed my knee and shoulder. my upper arm and shoulder were swollen and tingly for most of the day after that. I'm just thankful that I didn't hit my head on the random rock that was along side of the trail. I just wish they would rake the stalks to the side of the trail instead of having everyone stumble over them. what if it was a grandma and her grandkids and she brock her hip. that would just be horrible. if you must have ground covering then use straw. you can easily till that back into the ground for next year.

Did not allow us to pick apples. I think they should really consider at least one apple to pick for each person. That is for the experience. Shop was full of people. Area is great. Go in October. More activities and apples were still sour in September.

Went on a busy Friday to pick up Apple Delite for my husband. He can't get enough of it. I bought 6 loafs for now and he is so happy. I also bought Strawberry Apple Jam. All I can say is...it was heavenly! I will fight the traffic jam in WBL to go back for more. Staff always so friendly and their products are delish. I am glad that they don't allow people/kids to pick the apples and then ruin the trees. Great experience.

Our favorite fall destination, beautiful grounds, fun for kids, good crunchy apples, amazingly good food and superb employees. THE BEST!

I have not been there yet but give them 5 stars just for being open mid November. I called two other orchards west of Minneapolis to find both closed for the season. Boo hoo! I want an apple pie and look forward to my first experience at Pine Tree ... later today! I also look forward to watching the Apple sorter mentioned in another review. Wish I cld leave sooner as I just read they have amazing apple cider chocolate chip cookies. OMG! I might have to move in! Thank you Pine Tree Apple Orchard for being open through February!!! WOW!

If you want to show up and buy apples for an exhorbiant fee, this is the place. If you want to actually pick them, it is not for you.
