A beautiful new mural is on display in the High School Media center. This mural was created over 2 semesters by 2016 and 2017 graduates.
The students are very proud of their achievement and for leaving their artistic mark at PHS to be enjoyed for many years to come. Thank you to the custodial staff for their patience and help. Congratulations to Erin Collingham, Abby Romas, Brianna Campbell and Samantha Mcguire, (2017), Jon Brennan, Megan McGeachy, (2016) for their efforts.

Not everyone gets to spend time with our amazing students. Here's an email sent to the HS after some of our students made a visit to serve at the Cristo Rey Community Center in Lansing...

"Ms. Woods,
I am contacting to you in regards to a group of your students we had volunteering here at Cristo Rey Community Center this morning (students from Adv. Spanish class). I just wanted to make sure to relay to you how INCREDIBLY impressed I was with each and every one of those students. We have groups volunteer on a regular basis and I can say without hesitation that these students are top notch!!!!! The teachers and parents of these students should be so proud! Our organization relies on volunteers to be able to provide the critical services we provide and with groups of students like the Pinckney group, we are able to help those in need throughout our community. These kids were amazing. Way to go Pirates!"

Indeed, way to go. Your outstanding service reflects on us all.
