Cutting out quiet parts is done to increase information content throughput per amount of time spent watching the video.

I like it for the most part but some of the spaces between words feel too short making it a bit disconcerting.

Great job! That's really awesome. Was any part of tying knots surprisingly challenging? Is there a particular thing about knots that we take for granted as humans that your team had to overcome?

For a place like this even one star is too much. Worst rental car experience ever! (1) Other car rental companies had two buses pass by the terminal by the time finally Thrifty came around with a bus. (2) At the office, 3 people were working to help people to get their cars. 4 people in line ahead of us, still took a 40 minute wait before it was finally our turn. Staff was certainly friendly, but the problem was that they were so friendly chit-chatty that every customer took so loooooong. (3) We ended up driving along a toll road, for a total toll of $2.81. Now it turns out you can only do automatic payment, so since we didn't set that up, Thrifty gets something in the mail to pay the $2.81. The way they resolve it? By charging us $2.81 PLUS $45 in administration fees... (4) The day after having returned the car, I get multiple voice mails from a third party (hired by Thrifty) about that if I don't return their call right away, they will report the car I rented as stolen (yes, picking up doesn't work, it's an automatic message). So they decide to interrupt my meeting I was in at the time with this urgent need to get a call from me, to then put me on hold for 45 minutes before I get to talk to someone who then rectified the issue. (5) Oh, while this didn't happen to us, 2 people came back into the office after having received a key that something was wrong with their car... Yes, wish I had read everyone else's reviews on this place before booking with them...
