There is no better time than summer to give your diet a makeover. Why? Because of this favored season’s abundance of fresh produce. Many injuries happen in the workplace. For example, an activity as benign as sitting at a desk makes one susceptible to muscle strains and sprains. Also, frequent lifting, squatting, stooping, and other tasks sometimes required of office workers pose risk of injury.

A familiar adage says, “No pain, no game.” While this saying may have rallied the wrestling team and coaxed a soccer player to side line a minor injury so her team could win nationals, nobody wants to be in pain while partaking in their favourite exercise or recreational activity.
