We don't sell any tea we wouldn't drink. We don't sell any teaware we wouldn't use.

Brett will no longer be part of Phoenix Tea after he officially retires from the tea industry on December 31st, but we're bringing him back for a goodbye party on the first Saturday of the new year. This will give us an opportunity to say "thank you" to Brett and give friends and customers the opportunity to hang out with him after store hours. Come by for tea, wine, and snacks!

This is a one and a half hour introductory class on green teas from different regions. The class will include demonstrations of different brewing techniques and all students will have the opportunity to taste examples of the teas, brewed fresh during the class.

In order to insure that each student gets the maximum experience out of the class participation is limited to 10 students. Cost for the class is $15 per person, and each attendee will also get 10% off any teas purchased in the store that day.

Sign up here, purchase tickets on our website, or send an email to info@phoenix-teashop.com to reserve a spot. Reservations are appreciated, but feel free to call us that morning to see if there is space available.

Join us on a tasting flight through six exquisite and unusual teas, sourced specifically for this event. Some of these teas are from our personal collections, and will never be available for purchase. The selection will include teas from at least three distinctly different growing regions, and will present a wide range of tasting experiences. We are certain that we will introduce you to teas you are unlikely to encounter anywhere else.

Each guest will be given a tasting cup to use during the event and to keep. Attendees will also get a sample of one of the teas to take home.

This event is in part a benefit for the Northwest Tea Collective, an affiliation of local people and organizations committed to tea, art, culture, and experience.

$25 per person, limit 12 guests. Reservations required.
