Pretty cool

Native American artist George Redhawk creates eerily beautiful gifs even though he's legally blind. With help from computer software, the designer utilizes the art of gif-making to show others how he sees the world as a man who suddenly lost his sight.

Looks quite tastey

Avocado Egg Breakfast
.
1 avocado Hass cut in halves
2 fresh eggs
1 tablespoon of water
¼ cup of warm salsa verde
1 sprig of cilantro to garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Non-stick skillet

Cut the avocado en halves and peel. Then cut a small portion of the base to allow the avocado to evenly stand on its own. Crack one egg and pour first using a spoon the yolk and then add the whites. Do the same with the other avocado half. Place the avocados in the skillet and add the water, cover and cook at medium temperature for 7-9 minutes until whites become white and you can tell yolk is still tender. For plating, pour some of the warm salsa verde on the plate and add the cooked avocado eggs. Finally garnish with cilantro and season with salt and pepper to taste.

I believe the first option is more used in the US and the second one in Canada and the UK.

I went here on May 5, 2013. This is a take out only place. There is one table and it seems to be for holding the remote controls. I had hot and sour soup, egg roll, pork fried rice and Sesame Chicken. The hot and sour soup was good and you get a pint for 2 bucks. The pork fried rice was ok. I did not get to try the egg roll because I accidentally dropped in on the floor. The Sesame Chicken was not very good at all however. It had some very thick red sauce on it that had no flavor whatsoever and seemed to only make the chicken very soggy and tasteless as well. So I would recommend this place if you need some fried rice and hot and sour soup but the sesame chicken leaves much to be desired for.

Went there for dinner tonight. From the look of the outside you would not think the food would be very good, but I must say it borders magical in my opinion. Pizza crust is one of the best I have ever had. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. The toppings were seemed very, very fresh. Health inspection pasted to the front wall said a score of 100 for 3 inspections in a row it looked like. The staff were very friendly, Jeremiah is a fantastic guy. I wish there was one closer to me on the NE side.

Pizza reminded me of Big Lou's pizza. I made a to go order it took about 15 minutes for giant pizza + 10 piece of wings. Price was reasonable ~20 for a 20" pizza with pepperoni, Italian sausage, and a mushrooms and 7 for a 10 piece wing total for the order was around 28 dollars. The texture of the pizza was nice chewy center with a crispy edge. toppings were evenly distributed. I did not interact with anyone but a female cashier and she was pleasant and kept me informed on when my food was going to be ready. The wings were quite good as well but the HOT wings were not hot at all. They seemed deep fried as well since they had a nice crispy edge to them. The bleu cheese dip was probably the best I have had. Most of the time it is runny and falls off the wings, not this one it was thick hearty, and stuck to the wings perfectly. I wish the 10 piece would have come with two cups because the one given was quite small. All in all I would go back but probably order a smaller pizza since the giant one does not fit in my fridge.
