I saw Gravity last night.
Aside from the bad science, I liked the movie very much. Tense and freaky, particularly in 3D. I really enjoyed both George Clooney and Sandra Bullock's performances. Clooney was typical rakish Clooney, and he's good at that.
But I also really enjoyed that they had Bullock play a competent astronaut and scientist and that they didn't turn her into a love interest. Another rarity in blockbusters, they fridged a dude as motivation for a woman.
She also looks amazing, and I don't think it was all camera work. She was 47 when filming took place. Holey smokes!
