The reading game is about to change forever. Boston-based software developer Spritz has been in "stealth mode" for three years, tinkering with their program and leasing it out to different ebooks, apps, and other platforms.

It's been 45 years since The Beatles nonchalantly walked across the zebra crossing outside Abbey Road Studios in London, but people are still imitating the oddly iconic album cover on what is now a grade II listed site.

Dolly Parton's hit song "Jolene" (from her 1973 album sharing the same name) sounds unexpectedly good when slowed down to 33 RPM. Parton has said the inspiration for this song came from a redheaded bank teller who she believed charmed her husband.

Beaucare is an absolute con. I left two large bags of clothes with them for a service wash (which they assured me they did / could do no problem). Two days later I collected and paid for two large bags full of folded, dirty clothes. They had been in a drier (many were shrunken) but I find it hard to believe they had seen a washing machine of any kind.
