The calendar at the bottom of the Google Fit webpage is showing me weeks running Monday through Sunday. I'd prefer to have weeks running Sunday through Saturday.

Is this a configuration option in Google Fit in particular? (And if so, where do I adjust it?) It's not an option shared with Google Calendar, as there I have my weeks running the way I prefer.

I used to find stuff like this kind of motivating, and then gradually less and less so. I've been meaning to write about it, but this guy did a really good job saying what I've been meaning to say:

This is not okay.

Being unhappy with the way your body looks in the mirror should not trigger you to eat less of the same low-quality food you've been eating.

Even though it's not about snails, I thought this article might be peripherally related to +Darcy Ross 's research.

At the bottom of the Settings page, there are configurations for "Active mode." I've got mine set to give audio announcements every mile and to show above the lock screen.

Neither of those things work for me. Google fit doesn't show over the lock screen, and I've never gotten an audio announcement.

What I'm wondering is whether those things are working for other people?

I'm running Google Fit on a Moto X 2nd Gen phone.

The word san/a is an adjective meaning healthy, so san/is would be the past-tense stative verb meaning "was healthy" or maybe "had health."

If you don't follow me on twitter, you've missed a week's worth of tweets in Esperanto, while I'm at the Universala Kongreso de Esperanto in Lille, France.

However, if you're a human being, you won't want to miss my latest post at Wise Bread:
There's a cheaper, healthier, and more natural way to get in shape than hitting the gym. Forget complicated fitness — get up and move.

My brother found several portals near the mid-point and turned them blue and linked them up, so we could eat lunch under a blue field. (He talks about it in his post, about driving support for us. I link to his post in mine.) I upgraded them and hacked them myself.

That was just about all the portal hacking I did that day, but it was enough to keep my sojourner streak alive.
