If you don't follow me on twitter, you've missed a week's worth of tweets in Esperanto, while I'm at the Universala Kongreso de Esperanto in Lille, France.

However, if you're a human being, you won't want to miss my latest post at Wise Bread:
There's a cheaper, healthier, and more natural way to get in shape than hitting the gym. Forget complicated fitness — get up and move.

Even though it's not about snails, I thought this article might be peripherally related to +Darcy Ross 's research.

The Runner's World article is fine, but the referenced scientific paper in the British Journal of Sports Medicine is especially interesting.

I think this is a very intriguing article that would be very beneficial. Primarily, their advice for the types of foot exercises we should be doing.

My brother found several portals near the mid-point and turned them blue and linked them up, so we could eat lunch under a blue field. (He talks about it in his post, about driving support for us. I link to his post in mine.) I upgraded them and hacked them myself.

That was just about all the portal hacking I did that day, but it was enough to keep my sojourner streak alive.

If you ever buy fresh oranges to squeeze for orange juice, I have a tip: This seems to be the season for getting particularly good juice oranges.

Last spring, while helping my Dad clear out our old house, we came upon the old family orange juice squeezer. I asked if I could have it, and managed (I think
