Nia Hayes was exceptional in her dealings witha customer who had a complaint. I would highly recommend Nia Hayes to any future emploer that is in a customer service environment. She listened with interest and demonstrated her ability to be passive. She apologised and provided solutions and alternative outcomes. McDonalds should be applauded for their training of these young managers.
