Well, it might have, a few years ago, by choking solar and wind companies to death with floods of cheap oil. But it’s too late for that. Those industries are self-sustaining and competitive now, with great new technologies looming. So again… um… what’s the deal here? This plummet in stocks smells funny to me.
GWX (the "Get Windows 10" update utility) downloaded all the files, and has now been showing a "Preparing for installation..." screen for over an hour. The same GWX which Microsoft has been pushing harder and harder every day. The same GWX which ought to have been refined at least a tad since its release during the summer of 2015.
