I AM STILL A REALTOR FIRST AND ABSOLUTELY LOVE WHAT I DO!

I know everyone has seen all the posts about fitness, Steven Bradley and his gym, Recycled Body Fitness on my page in the recent months and some have been wondering if I still sell real estate lol. NO WORRIES! I will always be a Realtor first and even after 21 years I still love helping people achieve their real estate goals, whether it be buying or selling their first home, or moving into their next home that fits their life circumstances better. With that said, I did find my second passion this year ... fitness. Because I know how working out and losing weight has improved my health, my attitude and the way I feel about myself, I'm determined to encourage as many of my friends, family and clients as possible to become more fit and healthy. Therefore, the many posts about fitness. I admit it is a real struggle in the beginning, especially if you are significantly overweight, but I promise you it will get easier and the rewards far outweigh the "suffering and pain".

My latest before and after picture ... it has not been easy but it's been so worth it! It is so much more than the weight loss and appearance though; I'm healthy (no more BP meds needed), I feel great, got my confidence back, am happier, smile more and totally love life! I'm hoping that I can motivate others to keep going with their weight loss journey. When I'm sweating away on the treadmill, the arc trainer, or at Recycled Body Fitness, I see in my mind how the fat melts away and I envision the body all this hard work will shape. If you look around the Triangle area, it seems like there is a ton of new construction going on, however, all the home being built nowadays start at $200,000 to $240,000. Where are we Realtors supposed to take our first-time buyers or people who would like to to downsize because they need to keep their price range under $200,000. There is a real need for builders to offer new construction in the $150,000 to $200,000 price range. I understand that the land is expensive in the Triangle area, however, many buyers (especially the Millennials) are not looking for huge homes on large lot. They actually would prefer 1300 to 1700 sqft homes with multi-functional spaces and a smaller yard and having money left to live after they pay the mortgage is very important to them. What price range are you looking for and what features are you looking for in a home?
