I walked in to just test drive, and I ended up buying a brand new 2015 Honda Civic EX two door, black inside and out. Lynn was my sales person and she was an absolute joy to work with. Not only was she friendly, but she knew my needs and met every single one of them. She's personable and I will most definitely be coming back when my lease is up to get another. Matt in finance was a joy to work with as well. Not only friendly but also knowledgeable about all the different packages. Together they both got me a great deal and into a car I am absolutely in love with. Peters Honda is the place to go for a great car and fantastic service!

I just bought a new Honda Crosstour from Peters Honda. What an easy experience. My salesperson -Bob Bozek was very knowledgeable and helped be to narrow down my car search. I test drove the vehicles I was interested in – not once but twice. Bob and the GSM Rick were incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process as easy as possible. I sent in a credit application online – so all I had to do was sign the final paperwork when I arrived to pick up my car. Once I decided what I wanted to buy - the paperwork part was done in just twenty minutes. If you’re looking for a great place to buy a new car - I highly recommend Peters Honda and especially Bob Bozek.

Walked in early for a service visit, walked out a little while later with a brand new vehicle. I wasn't kicking tires, but it would have been VERY easy to scare me away from spending that kind of money. They were great about everything. I am a single woman buyer and there was absolutely NO pressure or tricky sales shenanigans. Everything was upfront and detailed in an easy to understand way. From greetings to keys, it took a little more than 2 hours because of a delay I inadvertently CAUSED by reporting my net income versus my gross. I'm so glad I worked with Peters!

I bought an Accord yesterday. My wife and I had been in and out of the dealership for a week, test-driving various cars and changing our minds. Doug Carrier was patient and informative. I never felt under pressure to buy until I was ready.

There's a reason we've purchased our last 3 cars (all new Hondas) from Peter's. The reasons are the great price, value, professional service, friendliness of the sales staff, and we know we're getting a great car, because it's a Honda. This time around we worked with Paul Morrison, and he did a great job getting us the car we wanted at the price we felt good about. He kept us informed about when the car would arrive, and made sure everything was ready to go when we came to pick it up.

My wife and I had the PLEASURE of working with Doug Carrier as our sales rep. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable on all of the cars and their features. We didn't even know for sure which car we wanted going into the dealership and planned on test driving a few cars. When we told Doug what we were generally looking for he recommended the 2015 Honda Accord Sport. We took it out for a test drive and immediately we were sold. He nailed it on the head. It is pretty impressive that he knew what would be best for us even when we didnt (the sport was not even one we were going to test drive). He showed us EVERY feature in the car and took his time to make sure that we knew everything. He didnt rush us or make us feel rushed at all. He even hooked up our phones to the car for us. We briefly got to meet Steve Eosue and he was very nice as well. We also had the pleasure of working with Matt Atherton to do our financing. Matt was VERY prepared and SUPER nice as well. He knew all of options well and had great knowledge on what add on features would work beat for us. Even after we signed some of the paperwork for a 60 month loan we knew that with the additional warranties we wanted that the price was a little out of our range. He more than willingly re-did our loan and changed it to a 72 month loan so that we could get everything that we wanted, eventhough it was very late and way past closing time. While we were doing our financing, Doug was out in the lot prepping our car. Not only did he was the service team vacuum and wash the car, but he also cleaned and polished the car HIMSELF for us. He went over the car THREE times on his own and the car was IMMACULATE!!! Once we were done with the financing we went out to the lot and met with Doug. He presented us with our brand new car. Eventhough it was WAY past closing time at this point Doug once again showed my wife all the features and made sure she knew how everything worked as she is going to be driving it, and again he did not rush us at all. He even took it upon himself to take 4 pictures of us with the car to send to us so we can have the memory. The funny thing is that he told us that he really isnt the best sales guy. He said that he likes to know everything he can about the cars and get the customer into the best car that suites them...i beg to differ with Doug's statement...we went to a few dealerships before this and spoke to many different salesmen. They didnt even come CLOSE to thelevel that Doug is at. He is so friendly and kind and knowledable and he goes out of his way to make sure that you know every detail about the car you are buying. You can really tell that he loves his job and takes a lot of pride in his work and takes pride in getting the customer exactly what they are looking for. We had every intention of going into the dealership and not making the decision that day just like every other dealership we did previously, but Doug really sold us...so i guess in a way he was right...he is not a good salesman...he is the BEST salesman. I hope you know what a great employee you have in him as well as Matt. Thanks Doug and Matt!!! From Adam and Tiffany.

I had one if the worst salesmen when looking at Hondas at Peters. After filling out all the paperwork he left us. We had no idea where he went, found out he was on a test drive with another customer. He didn't even let us know he was leaving. We left and I bought my new Honda at Commonwealth Motors.

My wife and I had a wonderful sales experience at Perter Honda in Nashua. Our salesman, Ethan, was pleasant, warm, and informative about the vehicle we were looking to purchase. He answered every question we had and make us feel comfortable with no sales pressure at all throughout the process. We had an extensive test-drive with Ethan and his knowledge of the vehicle (even though it was a BMW that was not sold new from Peter’s) was amazing. The finance person was also great securing us a lower rate than even my credit union. My wife and I love our car and the treatment at Peter’s from sales to financing has created a pair of return customers and great referrals for years to come. Do not change a thing because this is exactly how car buying should be.
