I recently leased a car from Peters Honda of Nashua and it was without a doubt the BEST experience hands down. I went with my father who typically hates shopping at dealerships, understandably so (given the usual pressures of the dealers, etc) but it was so much more relaxing and yet still as helpful as ever. Even my father enjoyed the experience. My credit was not the greatest and they still worked with me. Even throwing in some seasonal floor mats just for an added bonus. Most places are trying to suck your money dry not hand it out to you. I dealt with Kris who really was informative and honest from the start. I came in to look at two cars I had already picked out online but Kris lead me EXACTLY to what I wanted. He knew that we wanted to do a little more homework before making any definite decisions. So he made it even easier by calling the insurance company for me and connecting me on 3 way so all I had to do was confirm a little bit of information and within minutes I had the answer I was looking for also allowing me to still get in on that months deal as it was the last day of the month. The Manager was so nice and really stretched a limb out for me. If anything I owe them big time! Even the rest of the staff was so welcoming, making you feel like you've been going there for years. I've never been so impressed and neither has my father. Very honest, trustworthy and personable people. I can't wait for future business with them. I love my new 2016 Honda Civic. I'm still glowing. Thank you all!

I recently bought a vehicle with Mike Melendez. It was an incredibly smooth and relaxing experience. Mike was professional, attentive, detailed, honest, communicative and thorough throughout the entire experience. He was referred to me through my sister-in-law. Very very soon, my husband and I will be back to purchase another vehicle through Mike. He also licensed at the Kia and Nissan dealership too! Awesome experience with Mike Melendez. Salesman Doug Carrier was very attentive, professional and courteous. Doug gave us some different lease options to consider. He spent all the needed time with us while we weighed our options and finally decided by a nose to go with the 2015 Civic EX. He took care of having the appearance protection done while we were waiting to finalize the lease! Very good sales person would recommend him to anyone else to ask for him. As it was getting late Joe Gindi did a great job of completely the paperwork for us.

I walked in to just test drive, and I ended up buying a brand new 2015 Honda Civic EX two door, black inside and out. Lynn was my sales person and she was an absolute joy to work with. Not only was she friendly, but she knew my needs and met every single one of them. She's personable and I will most definitely be coming back when my lease is up to get another. Matt in finance was a joy to work with as well. Not only friendly but also knowledgeable about all the different packages. Together they both got me a great deal and into a car I am absolutely in love with. Peters Honda is the place to go for a great car and fantastic service!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICE! You are better off going anywhere else - Peters Honda of Nashua is inept, rude and dishonest. I had a recall on my ignition switch, and brought it to Peters Honda in October for service. When I picked up my car the next day, I noticed it was starting differently, but I figured it was just the new switch. Big mistake. Over the next two months, my car had more and more trouble starting, to the point where I was afraid to take it places. In December, I brought my car back, and they told me I needed a new starter relay, which I paid for. When I went to pick up my car, there was "valet" service, so they brought the car around for me, and I did not try to start it there (trusting Peters Honda)... Again, big mistake. When I went to start my car the next day, I found out they they had DISCONNECTED my automatic starter (which I paid a few hundred dollars for), AND the car was STILL having difficulty starting! I called Honda back and explained what had happened. They talked to the tech who did the work, and he said he did not touch the automatic starter, which is a lie because I used it to start the car the morning I brought it in, and I had never had problems with it before, but since the work with the starter relay has been done, it has not worked. I asked why my car was still having trouble starting, and the person I talked to on the phone said, "It's an older car, so you might have to try a few times." I was pretty furious, but once again assumed that since Peters Honda is a Honda dealership, they must know Honda cars. Last week, my car was still having trouble starting, and it was to the point that I did not feel safe using it as transportation to work. I brought it in a third time, and explained that whatever they had done with the starter relay had not worked and that they had disconnected my automatic starter in the process, and asked them to please take a look at the work they had done. I got a voicemail later that day from Lisa, who told me my problems were not with the starter relay, but actually with the ignition switch, and to call her back for a quote. I called her back and explained that THIS ALL STARTED WITH THE IGNITION SWITCH, and I was not going to pay for a new one. She said she had to check to see if there was "still a warranty on the ignition switch." Furious, I explained that the ignition switch had been faulty all along, and I also asked for a refund on the starter relay they needlessly made me purchase. She said that she had to speak with her manager, and would get back to me the next day. I asked her if they had fixed the automatic starter that they had disconnected on my last visit. She told me she didn't know anything about automatic starters, so she did not know how to check. When I tried to explain to her how to check (hold the button down for 5 seconds), she cut me off, and said she "did not want to touch anything that she didn't understand." It is dishonest to say they did not disconnect it, and absurdly rude to play dumb when they see thousands of cars a year with them. Lisa said to talk to someone when I got there and have them try to start it using the automatic starter. I picked up my car last Thursday, and found the automatic starter still did not work (of course). I talked to a service rep, who told me there was nothing he could do about it, but he would take down my number and call me back on Friday morning when he had more information. I received no phone call. My car is finally starting as well as it did before I brought it in last October, but now I have no automatic starter to warm up my car this winter, I had to manage without a car for all 3 needless visits to Peters Honda, dealt with 3 months of starter issues. I also had to needlessly pay for a starter relay - which they refused to refund me for, but said I can take the price of it off my next trip to Peters Honda. However, that is pretty useless to me, as I don't think I can trust them with so much as an oil change.

**DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICE** I HAD GONE HERE TO FIX A RECALL AND I CAME OUT OF THERE WITH A HUGE NICK ON MY RIM. ALSO WHEN THEY FIXED THE RECALL MY DRIVERS SIDE HEATED SEATS WORK WHEN THEY WANT. I NEVER HAD THAT ISSUE BEFORE UNTIL THEY TOUCHED MY CAR!!!!! I CALLED THEM UP TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO DISCUSS THE RIM AND FIX THE HEAT ON MY SEAT THEY DENIED EVER SCRATCHING MY RIM AND THEY DIDN'T WANT TO FIX THE PROBLEM OF MY SEAT!!!! MIND YOU I NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE BEFORE I BROUGHT MY CAR TO THEM. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO REMOVE MY DASHBOARD TO FIX THE RECALL AND NOW THE Y DENIED EVER SAYING THAT JUST TO COVER THEIR ASS!!!!!! I'M STILL WAITING TILL THIS DAY FOR THE MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK IT'S BEEN A FEW DAYS NOW!!! SO I'M GOING TO LET ALL MY FRIENDS KNOW NOT TO GO THERE AND TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS I KNOW ALOTTTTTTT OF PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRRRRR!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK. PLEASE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO BE IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU BROUGHT IT THERE IN DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JUST HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE..............

We really were just looking at options, knowing our Ford F-250 needed some work, and not yet sure what direction to go in. We are new to the area, and didn't really have any particular dealer in mind. We met with Sonja Francisco, who was extremely friendly and helpful. She did not give us the high pressure sales pitch, but rather, allowed us, in our own time, to decide on our course of action, based on data she provided on new car options, used car options, and the trade in value of our old vehicle. She was extremely patient and helpful, though we wanted to drive many cars to get "just the right one for us both". She provided us with an amazing amount of information. Over the course of about a week, we came to the conclusion that a 2015 Honda Civic was the way to go. Sonja introduced us to Matt Atherton, who, in the matter of a couple hours, called back to give us finance options. We returned with our old pickup to trade, an in an hour, left the lot with our new car, an amazingly low interest rate, reasonable payments, and the confidence to know these people would take care of us down the road. Before leaving, we had an opportunity to meet with Mike Ferris, one of the Sales Managers. He truly wanted feedback on our experience, and spent a good amount of time speaking with us about the experience, and even gave us directions to Fenway Park, where we were headed to watch the Red Sox beat the Yankees! Sorry! We would not hesitate to buy a car from these people again. They are good people! Sincerely, Jay and Barb Morris

There's a reason we've purchased our last 3 cars (all new Hondas) from Peter's. The reasons are the great price, value, professional service, friendliness of the sales staff, and we know we're getting a great car, because it's a Honda. This time around we worked with Paul Morrison, and he did a great job getting us the car we wanted at the price we felt good about. He kept us informed about when the car would arrive, and made sure everything was ready to go when we came to pick it up.
