Should you follow the advice of Universe Splitter?
Not asking is it real or does it work, or the existential question of whether quantum physics is meaningful. Even assuming everything is on the up-and-up, and the EWG multiple-worlds interpretation of QM is correct, does it make sense to let an app like this... one that is mathematically guaranteed to answer both ways in half the universes... guide your actions?
I would say... the version of you in the other universe is not a descendant of your current mind-state, and therefore the version of you that has ended up with the other choice doesn't matter. If you think the choice is bad, you should ignore the result.
