Biz Listings - Buy and Sell Australian Businesses
Introduction
My name is Peter Watson and I am the founder and CEO of www.BizListings.com.au.

Biz Listings is a website which allows business owners to advertise their businesses for sale, franchises for sale or business opportunities Australia wide and connect with a potential buyer quickly and in the most affordable fashion.

Biz Listings has connected thousands of business sellers with business buyers and continues to save our advertisers thousands of dollars of broker fees and commissions.

Thanks to the power of the internet, selling a business privately and online seems to be growing at a tremendous rate, not only in Australia but also around the world.

Private sellers and business brokers alike are continuing to upload their business listings in bulk, giving our potential buyers a plethora of business listings to choose from in over 100 categories.

Our advertising medium continues to grow and provides our industry with the highest quality services at fees that meet the budget!

I still see sooooo many sites using rel="nofollow" on 'internal' links, eg disclaimer, contact, etc, etc.

What is the advantage of this?

Also Dawn, you're correct. Pages should pretty much be duplicate pages to use canonical tags.

The results aren't displayed in any ranking order it is just telling you what pages of your website have been indexed in Google

All most anyone can go about starting a small business. It just takes some know how as well as some very hard work! It certainly helps to have a lot of capital to get the venture started. Nonetheless, you can start up a small firm with little to no money on hand.

GWT is saying that one of my category pages and its deeper pages (2,3,4,etc) has duplicate descriptions. That being said, I have a canonical and 'next, rel, prv' on this page, so should I just ignore GWT?

I already have the following implemented for over 2 years now:

'Title: Peter Watson hates GWT errors - Page 1'

And yes I understand they are 'hint's and not 'directives'.

I will now look into self referencing canonicals for deeper pages.  That's a great tip!

When I do it with my own website, the pages appear in order of popularity. Not sure why John Mueller would say that isn't the case but it obviously is because they are in perfect order in popularity clear down to the 20th entry.

I was recommended by a friend to hire the services of Ample Air for an ongoing issue I had with the zoning in my ducted system. Within minutes of arriving, they were in the roof and had located and resolved the problem. Fast, efficient and very affordable! I cannot speak highly enough of Ample Air and I will definitely be keeping their number handy for future reference!

After failed attempts trying to sell my St Leonards apartment with another broker, Aila and her team were able to connect me with a buyer in a matter of weeks. Very friendly and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I highly recommend using their services!
