When I did ur flank steak I also made the best baked potatoes I have ever eaten. I took a large Idaho potato and made deep cuts in the potato both length ways and cross ways. I put the potatoes in a aluminum foil boat leaving the top open. I buttered the top of the potato and topped with one folded over slice of bacon. I placed then along the edge of my weber 22.5 in grill indirect heat and the flank steak in the middle.  When it was time to move the flank steak to direct to add the sear I squeezed the ends of the potatoes to open the cuts. I added more butter and flipped over the bacon.  the butter and bacon had baked all the way though the potato. Don't forget to pour the juice from the bottom of the aluminum boat on the potato. I couldn't get enough.

Some time ago I was in Gettysburg, Pa with friends. Hanging out in the courtyard of our motel in the evening we found a pizzeria around the corner and brought bake a couple pizzas. What a find. couldn't get enough. The point of this post was they had a really good pizza sauce. So I was wondering if their are some that are willing to share their doctered up pizza sauces here.
