An Agile Project Manager facilitates, coaches and leads rather than plans, controls and directs. Within Scrum, this role is referred to as the ScrumMaster, to emphasise the difference and to remind the person of their new responsibilities.

Our Certified ScrumMaster training is available either as a private in-house course (please contact us with your requirements) or as a public course. Public courses are run in major locations throughout the UK (as detailed on the course calendar); in-house courses can also be delivered throughout the world.

This Course employs practical exercises, Case Studies and discussions to provide everything that a ScrumMaster needs to know to be able to drive a successful Scrum Project.

Participants who complete the course successfully will be designated Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and this is the first step to becoming a Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP). This Certification includes a two-year membership in the Scrum Alliance, where additional materials and information is available exclusively to CSM's.

Audience
This course will benefit anyone who seeks to achieve the role of ScrumMaster to drive a Scrum project, and applies to those with a background as Customer/Users, Project Managers or Developers. It will also benefit anyone who is to be involved in a Scrum Project, and in any of the Scrum Roles: The course is also suitable for those involved in transitioning to Scrum within their own organisation.

Certifications will be valid for two years from the date you pass your certification exam. Exam objectives, exam administration and retake policy information is available on the Scrum Alliance website. Participants who complete the course and successfully pass the post course Certified ScrumMaster Exam, will be recognised as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) by the Scrum Alliance. This certification is the first step to becoming a Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), and includes a two-year membership to the Scrum Alliance, where additional materials and information is available exclusively to CSM's.

Hi Peter, I'm going to remove this post as I believe it breaches the community policy on two fronts. One we ask that all posts "include some text as to why you find the particular link interesting to Agile ideas." and secondly we ask that there be "No sales pitches."

The (Almost) Venus-Earth Pentagram
8 Earth years are roughly equal to 13 Venus years, meaning the two planets approximately trace out this pattern with 5-fold symmetry as they orbit the Sun.

My favourite coffee shop in Harrow. All a bit middle eastern, but I like that. It's the only coffee bar that faces south in Harrow so it gets the sun for a long leisurely brew. Coffee is good - could be better

Absolutely fantastic!! Always a treat, with fantastic Dim Sum in a genuinely authentic environment. It gets really busy - particularly Sundays and any Chinese festivals - which means you've got to turn up early and expect to queue. The service can suffer on a busy day but the feel of the place is always worth the wait!

Excellent authentic Chinese restaurant with a wide selection of fresh dishes. The Dim Sum is particularly good. We've been 6 times and have yet to be disappointed.
