Took about 30 seconds to learn. Awesome app. I'll miss Google Reader - but Feedly will fill in the gap perfectly.

I've been a customer of Ron and Eric for many years now, having brought them a variety of cars with a variety of problems. Most notable would be my 1998 Jetta that plagued 911 Washington St all too often. I happened to live around the corner from the shop when I got this car, and would often have this awful car towed to their lot - and stroll in the following morning to let them know what it was doing there yet again. Its not that their repairs ever failed - this was truly a bad car. I've since moved on to a Subaru - and while I am a less frequent visitor now, I still trust only one shop with big jobs like brakes or even those mystery grinding/scraping noises. Ron and Eric are incredibly helpful and honest - it is very hard to find a shop like this - I'm sure glad I found it!

Ok, I like cake. Most people like cake.. but I really, really like cake.. so years ago when my friend Hope made me taste the Strawberry Shortcake.. holy cow, I was in cake heaven. As time went by I've sampled several other flavors - including the Chocolate Mousse (oh, my, god), red velvet, german chocolate, peanut butter mousse cupcakes, and more. I've never thought "hmm, i've had better". It simply does not get better!! And in gorgeous, gourmet cakes, no less! So often at weddings, etc, you end up with a cake that is too dry / too sponge / too bland, or has some other affliction. JCakes cakes not only look outstanding (seriously, check out the photos), but the flavor really wins for me!! And working with the owner is "a piece of cake" - she's awesome, and fulfills almost any request you can come up with.

JCakes is simply a great bakery for a delicious gourmet cake. I've sampled at least a half dozen of these fantastic masterpieces, and I cannot say enough good things about them. Its hard to find an establishment that can accomplish both a great tasting and great looking cake - but JCakes pulls it off with flying colors, ribbons and flowers. You cannot go wrong here, especially if you shoot for the strawberry shortcake, or the chocolate mousse.

Thai Kitchen is a gem. I could not be any more pleased with my experience there - went with a large party, and sampled a good chunk of the menu, including apps and specials. Everything was served in a timely fashion, impeccably laid out on the plate. You'd think these were $30 plates of food, but its just a pile of noodles! Tasty noodles, at that. The tamarind duck is phenomenal, by the way. As is the duck salad appetizer - fresh, spicey, tangy - amazing. The manager came to our table, too, like this other reviewer whined about. She was very inquisitive - asked how we found the location, how we liked it, made sure everything was good, where we lived, and how we felt about the food offerings there. Rarely enough Thai, that's for sure.
