pacemakers. The freedom from unlawful search and seizure is enshrined
in the Bill of Rights. This article brings up an important issue with

"The use of slow-motion video has become common in criminal cases. But
a new study has found that watching crimes at slower speeds leads
viewers to falsely believe perps have more time to think about their
actions and act with intent, potentially skewing verdicts against
defendants." (by JULIANNE HILL)

It is completely inappropriate for the Commander-in-Chief to comment about criminal cases because those comments can influence military justice in a way that harms the process. Like President Obama’s comments about aggressive prosecution of sexual assault, President Trump’s comments could be construed as unlawful command influence. When the commander-in-chief makes such comments, the military courts are hard pressed to find an appropriate remedy.
Regardless of a servicemembers particular situation, he or she can benefit from hiring an experienced military lawyer. www.ucmjlaw.com
