I much prefer motorbikes but this is the best designed car ever. Only my opinion of course. Soft tops are for rich Sunday afternoon people like this one. A hardtop Veneno is for serious car drivers.

Who remembers this? Can't believe I came across this on YouTube whilst looking at jet fighters. I had this when I was little. Fair do's to my mother. She struggled on her own to look after me and my brother but she always got us good presents at Christmas time ☺

Just bought this off a work mate. Another toy for me to play around with. The Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom. It'll be interesting to compare picture's side by side with those taken with my Galaxy S6 Edge.

A picture I took of a Hereford bull, on a farm back in St. George, near Abergele in North Wales many years back. I was lying on the grass taking this picture but I was talking to him all the time. When I would bring him and the milking cows down a track from the top fields, I would jump on his back and ride him back to the dairy. He'd only give you one attempt at getting on though. If I slid off, I'd have to wait until the next day for another go. I'd never forget the feeling of riding him up a short ramp to the dairy.......the pulling power of a tank!

+David Tansom it's a picture of a picture.....if you know what I mean. Most bulls are relatively docile although should never be trusted 100% of course. It's the Holstein/Freisian bulls that can be very aggressive. I've actually been knocked down to the ground by one but thankfully I was ok so I tried kicking his nose to make him back off. Thankfully he did so I could scramble to the gate. He was with a group of 30 heifers at the time. So really he was just protecting his ladies! :-)

+David Tansom yuck! :-)) Never even had the urge to try them. Once lived with a girl for 2 years who was a vegetarian. I found it easy to do the same for the two years too but soon slipped back into old habits once we split up! :-)

Thought I'd try a swift pint or two in the Crown pub after work. Seeing as I went to work on the bus today! Strongbow Dark Fruit - tastes just like Ribena. If you've never tried it, it honestly tastes just like Ribena with no hint of cider to me.

It seems Gmail isn't too safe! I received an email meant for a totally different Peter Hughes. Our email addresses are identical apart from a "." (full stop) in between the Peter and Hughes of the email address. His has the full stop but I received the email. I've reported the problem to Google. *email addresses painted over for security reasons! 😯

Automatic scraper system in operation. Very handy but a pain in the butt when we had sub zero temperatures!

+Richard Harris I think robot milkers are ideal for a maximum of 100 cows. Can't remember the exact amount but I think you'd need 2 to 3 robotic milking stations for that amount of milkers. The cost of each station was something like £60,000+ each some years back. Probably a lot less now, although not sure!

Can't be beaten! Excellent pub and well worth a visit. A small choice of real ales but of the best quality. Very friendly owners and great staff. I've not tried the food yet but I've never heard any negative comments and I'm a local!

Very poor! I can only give my point of view from my visit, of course, and it was from the takeaway side not the restaurant/café. On the occasion I visited I ordered Cheeseburger and Chips and there was only one word to describe the food I had on that day - horrendous! The burger had clearly been reheated and was well cooked and hard! The chips were the worse tasting I've had since, I can't even remember that far back! It's the first time I've ever left food uneaten...... will not be returning in the near future.

Typical Fish & Chips takeaway but with a small dine-in area. Quick and friendly service and top of the list of the tastiest food in the area. 10 out of 10 from me.

The best tasting cheeseburger & chips I've ever had - anywhere! And believe me, I'm a connoisseur!! I can only comment on the takeaway side. You'll always go back there again when in town.

There's many good places in Colne for takeaway food but this is my first call place. If this place is closed, only then will I go elsewhere. Very friendly and cheerful service, excellent food, traditional tasty chips and excellent value. Just can't be beaten.
