Today a large scale phishing attack was launched which masquerades as a Google Document sharing notification. When a user clicks the link to view the doc, they are taken to a page prompting them to authorize access to Google Contacts and Gmail. Once access is granted, an email is then sent everyone in their Contacts, propagating the attack.

Google is working hard to resolve this known issue, and is actively working to disable the projects associated with the attack.

Amplified IT has documented a solution for schools affected, available in this Google Doc: https://goo.gl/LtFpd7 .

For those effected with the Google Drive Malware issue:

Google is working hard to resolve this know issue - it seems that the malware is designed to get users to authorize an app to send on their behalf. We have pulled together the following solution for schools affected (https://goo.gl/LtFpd7) however we need to crowdsource the various Client IDs in use.

Can you please paste in the Client IDs
