Join me on Instagram and tell them how you feel.

I've started a #SellThis  hashtag and encourage you to join in the fun. I'm so glad they created a web-based interface so I could share this with you!

Actually they can't sell that one. It was posted before the new rules take effect. ;)

I would but I saw something like this coming when Facebook bought Instagram and promptly uninstalled the Android app. I hadn't gotten around to creating an account so I escaped completely clean.

You may wish to double check that +Peter G McDermott because it runs contrary to what I have seen reported. That the new rules will apply to content that is posted after they take effect. Which is January 16th 2013.

Haha, they blocked the possibility of a class action suit: "YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND INSTAGRAM WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION."

lol. Probably common law would take precedence over non-binding open statements which may allow a loophole. But someone with local legal knowledge would know better.

I haven't got an account with them.. and once FB got their grubby hands on it ..wasn't going to touch it with a bargepole!

I simply downloaded my pics and deleted my account. Auf wiedersehen, Instagram!
