Imagine a device that does last all day and handles a lot of your digital interactions. ideally i should be looking at a screen when i need to watch video or consume some long form text content and the visual nature will aid in focusing your attention.
texts? i already wish my moto-x (original first gen) would do the whole conversation with me when I'm not driving. that alone would keep phone from being turned on for a good part of the day.
in fact, most tasks with a smart engine supplying the yes/no questions could handle many things we currently think we need to do with our eyeballs.
battery life on these mic/speaker only class of wearables would easily last all day, and if you have a creative design team it can look GOOD.
