Looking for your Mac to entertain you? 2015 promises to be a banner year.
Dozens of Mac games are out now and coming soon that will keep you glued to your screen. Here they are. I get insulted for being a Mac gamer, as if that's not a "real" gamer. Don't confuse your ego with your video game system of choice. Bottom line is the Mac is a great game platform. If you don't believe it, there's nothing for you to read here, so move on. This isn't actually about Apple cars. It's about iPhone cases that look like cool futuristic cars.
We've seen some cool iPhone 6 cases inspired by 1980s sci-fi blockbusters. Batman. Back to the Future. But I'm still waiting on the one I really want... I nearly lost my mind when I saw the Batman iPhone 6 cell phone cover. It's the coolest thing I've seen that's absolutely useless but that I want anyway. It lights up, it projects the Batsignal onto a wall. What's more, the same...

Find out what our favorite headphones are!
We often get asked what we're using, be it devices, apps, or accessories. Ever since Apple bought Beats, we've increasingly been asked what headphones we're using. Given that there are a number of secret headset shortcuts for controlling the iPhone, iPad, iPod, and Mac as well, that should come as no surprise. So, we rounded up the staff here at iMore and enlisted several of our...

If you like, hate or don't care about +Brianna Wu, that's absolutely fine. But using fear and intimidation as a tool to silence her is criminal and more than a bit sick.

Speaking up for yourself is hard enough. When others try to silence you through threats of violence and intimidation, what should be the appropriate response? A game developer announced plans this week to withdraw from exhibiting at the upcoming PAX East game conference in Boston, Mass. Giant Spacekat cited death threats against the company's head of development as the reason for the decision. What's happening is nothing less than a mental health...

If you're having trouble getting free software you've downloaded from the Internet working on your Mac, here's a tip to manage security settings.
Windows PC owners are used to downloading an inordinate amount of free — and sometimes suspect — software from the web. One of our readers, and new Mac owner, B.N., writes in to ask if it's possible to do the same thing on OS X.

Adventure games are cool, and playing them on your Mac is fun. I've rounded up half a dozen adventure games you can download and play on your Mac right now that are well worth your time and money.
This week I'd like to highlight half a dozen recently-released adventure games you can play on your Mac. Whether it's solo play exploring the surface of an alien world or team-based play in a classic dungeon crawl that's more your speed, I've got something that might appeal to you here. Some of these games are available via Steam and GOG.com too, so if you're comfortable getting apps...

There's a lot of curiosity about the Apple Watch. Apple's next major event will feature it front and center.
What's up with Apple's March 9 event? The iMore crew weighs in on what we expect to see the company unveil. When CEO Tim Cook teased that the company considers "Early" to be the first four months of the year, most expected Apple's next big thing to appear sometime in April. But joke's on us: Apple's March 9 "Spring Forward" event looks likely to properly debut the Apple Watch a month prior to the media's arbitrary April deadline. Rene Ritchie and...

Should you be running anti-virus or anti-malware software on your Mac? That depends on how you're using it, and where you're getting software from. Find out more!
Malware is a real and present danger on the Mac. Is it time to install anti-virus software? It's a question we're getting asked with increasing frequency. As the Mac's popularity continues to grow and security stories makes headlines, both real and imagined, it's something more and more Mac owners start thinking about. That's the focus of this week's Mac Help column.

Want to upgrade your older MacBook Air with more storage? You can. It's easy. Here's how!
One of the best ways to get more life out of an aging Mac is to upgrade the storage. In some cases you'll want to go faster. In other cases, you'll want to go bigger. I carried a MacBook Air for two years but gave up on it in favor of a Retina MacBook Pro with beefier SSD storage, and haven't regretted it. The MacBook Air is still with us, in the hands of my college-aged son. It's time...

There are times when you want your Mac to forget the networks it's remembered. Here's how!
By default, your Mac will remember settings for any Wi-Fi networks it's connected to in the past. This can make things really convenient as you move around; if it's for networks that you no longer have access to or don't want to use, however, it can be really inconvenient — because sometimes your Mac will try to connect to networks it can no longer work with. Here's how to fix it....
