Why build an Eruv in Harrow? Why not put a real small one in, say, Scotland, and declare the small area to be the outside. Chalk one up for topology.

Rather like the outside of the asylum in So Long and Thanks for all the Fish?  There's one in Stanmore, goes around the edge of the Golf club, and crosses Gordon Avenue near where we live.
