Took the wife's iPhone 5 to the Apple Store to find out why it wasn't connecting to LTE anymore. Within 15 minutes they had troubleshot the issue and gave her a new phone. Hard to beat that kind of service.
Have heard horror stories from folks who bought iPhones from their cell phone providers and not from Apple. No doubt Apple customer service is superior to the rest - but that doesn't mean I can afford to buy an iPhone or a MacBook of my own!
I wish that they would make a movie like Insidious but then when they get to the part where the friend/family member says "I know someone who might be able to help", the scene cuts to the Ghostbusters showing up and just tear up the ghost (along with the house).
