Edin - this is a great shot.  That said I would like to do the right thing by asking your permission to use this as a backdrop for a reno user group website?
Reno Nevada, also known as "The Biggest Little City" Known for its gaming and being close to Lake Tahoe (Nevada and California). I shot both of this photos shortly after sunset. On the first photo it was so cold I count wait to be done, but I had to tough it out as the conditions for photos were good. For my composition I wanted to get the mountain in the back as part of the landscape, because its one of Renos most popular sky resort "Mountain Ro...

If you watch the video watch for Julie Burkhead, I know here and I know her passion.  Also I know they use salesforce.com non-starter pack.  Another friend Connie L. is on the board of Community Technology Alliance who is helping them drive the tech and use of salesforce.com.

Rob Lamb I know you're out there and if there is anything you could do to help spread the word I'll owe one.

For those of my clients and salesforce peeps I'd recommend reading or at least listening to their podcast which focus' on Cloud Computing (heavily sprinkled with salesforce.com) on opinions of the industry and thoughts. There catch phrase: App Pick of the Week, where they pick some type of cloud app (sometimes up for debate if it qualifies as such) which maybe of use or at least give some insite on something you may find useful.

OK that's cool!  That is amazingly fast, thanks for sharing the quick walk thought and your point about users don't know what they want is so spot on... The big question I have are those users going to be able to deal with that data in this tool set?

I'm missing something on case escalation rules.  In looking at the rule set there is a minimum of 30 mins before a case action can be taken.  Can I not set the case to be escalated at the time of the case creation?

My family just came back from doing a full 4 days with them: rock climbing, canyonering, rafting the upper, and then the lower. My kids, one just turned 8 and the other is almost 10, and they where able to do all the activities. This was our 'family camp' time and it was the best! My wife loved the fact she didn't have to cook the whole week, my kids loved our trip leader Melissa who gave us the run down each day and stayed with us the whole time. I'll have to admit the canyonering was the best part I think, but did that kick my butt. My 40+ year old body was tired and sore after that, but what amazing beauty we saw God make out there in that wilderness. The rafting was great. We had a boat to ourselves plus one, Avery one of the other guides who was in charge of the main river day. We have a great picture of him holding onto my 8 year old going through Satan's cesspool. This crew has safety always on their mind. Thank you so much for all that you did and all the fun you gave me and my family.

Lowers sold are not what they have in the video's or front page. In the video it has the lowers with a white'ish fill, just like on the front website. However when I received mine today, it's sold black! This is not a jig less lower! Not happy.

Good people, but I disagree with a business practice: Diagnostics fee not applied to fixing the issue. If they diagnose a issue and say $400 to fix. They don't apply the fee towards the fix. If it's $100 to diagnose and $400 for fix, you're out $500, not $300. Also last time I was there I had to have my radiator change. (story above) They put a new one in, 3 months that radiator busted. They took care of the issue no cost to me! cool (and apparently put in a better one worth $75 more). What I don't understand they said the first one they put in was a crappy radiator and should of never been put in. In my head than I'm thinking, why the heck did you put it in? One conversation I think they said it slipped by them... whatever... People are nice but I'm looking else where.

They did the work, it turned out nice. That's about all I can say about them now after the job is done. John Goodby is the guy who I worked with. I went with them because he had the best idea of how to brace up my porch roof while pouring the concrete. After that, it was downhill. Bottom line... He never finished the job, I still have piles of dirt and rock on my property he said he'd remove and take away, AND he never came back to finish the seal work on the concrete! Never has returned my phone calls... just blown me off. The job started out to pour about 630 sq ft of concrete, broom finish, no color. Quoted price $3.6k. With any project I had change orders. I wanted color and stamped, plus an additional 100 sq. While other contractors said stamped wasn't going to be any more than broom, John charged $1,000 extra for stamped. Now with all of this he came out and took measurements before the job. Now when the forms were put in, he did a remeasurement and then recharged me. He didn't even have the measurements from last time he came out. Again I felt I was treated as a second class customer. At one point about the payment arrangements he brought up if I didn't pay he could take out a 'lien' on my home as a contractor. Really, a threat. He would tell me he'd be out on day X... that day would come and go and I was the one to call him to say, hey what's the deal? Hasn't returned any of my calls, and I have a pile of dirt he should've removed and unsealed contract which I have to do my self.
