Just to let you know that whoever was in the kitchen tonight did a fantastic job on the Pasta Greek. Flavors were balanced, perfect amount of chicken, spinach, pasta, feta, oils, and pine nuts...in my humble opinion of course. Wow.

2010 was a good year for California wines because the cool and mild Spring allowed the grapes to mature slowly.

This LaFollette 2010 Pinot Noir from Sangiacomo Vineyard, Sonoma displays strawberry & cherry notes, a long finish cradled in a firm but supple structure consistent with the climate that produced it.
