This week we have focused on dog bite prevention. What happens if a dog bites you? Obtain a copy of the dog owner’s insurance policy as soon as possible. This will normally be either a homeowner’s insurance policy or renter’s insurance policy. Dog owners are more likely to provide this information immediately after the incident. The more time that passes the more difficult it typically becomes to obtain this insurance information.
