Just this morning I was driving in my car listening to local radio (94.1 FM) when a very bizarre advertisement was aired. A non-attorney spokesperson for 411-Pain came on and stated the exact number of licensed members of the Florida Bar, and that “there is only one 411-Pain.” She then alluded to 411-Pain being comprised of an exclusive select group of attorneys. At no point did this non-attorney spokesperson explain that lawyers who opt to become members of 411-Pain must pay a fee to participate and receive cases within the network. Further, she failed to state that lawyers who opt to be members of the 411-Pain network do not possess any special skills or abilities as compared to non-members. The only difference is that the members chose to pay a lawyer referral service to obtain cases.
Should I call 411 Pain after 911 like the advertisement says? Find out the truth about 411 Pain and for-profit lawyer and medical referral services.

This is abuse and this cop should be arrested and removed from the police force no pension no nothing. If you can not control yourself you should not be a cop.

This is the type of police I'm talking about....
This short video epitomizes the reason there is so much divide between police and citizens.

People Laugh Cause I Will Not Open My Car Window or Speak with Police.

I have been lied too, charged with the possession of other people's "stuff". Had Police Pick Up Paraphernalia Off The Street and Charge Me with It. I've even had Police say I've killed people when the blood in the car was my own after a bad accident. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!

JP Gonzalez-Sirgo saved me from having to pay out $40,000 for damages to a BMW that I in fact was not the cause of. The driver had no license, ran a stop sign, and nailed me. I was in fear for my life as 4 guys got out of the car so I took off. Because I left the scene they thought I was responsible. JP set them straight. My insurance company hired a lawyer to represent me. She told me I had potential to pay the other insurance company for the rest of my life. I told her that doesnt seem to be in my best interest so I was referred to JP from a friend. JP took the case and not only got it settled but did it quickly. They kept pushing me to pay something and he kept telling them NO. Thank God he was there or else I would be paying them now. JP was and is my savior. If someone even scratches my car I am calling him. The next accident I have I am calling him. I have him on speed dial because Florida drivers are terrible. I want to thank JP and all the staff he has for helping me sleep again. I was so worried I would have to pay $40,000 that it ruled my life. It was all I could think of. Thank you JP for standing up for me and my rights and for setting that insurance company straight. I still remember their faces when you said NO and we stood up and left the room. That surely made a huge impact upon how they viewed the case and me. They figured they would just rob me of my money, and you protected me. Thank you I can never say enough how much I appreciate what you did for me. You are the best and if I ever have an accident I am calling you immediately. THANK YOU!
