I will never buy another Samsung product again!!!! It's been a month sense I sent my note 7 back and still no sign of a refund, and can't get a straight answer from anyone as to where my $960 is at. 

I ended up with the iPhone 7 plus. I've been using android since the G1. And this is my first apple product... I hate to admit it but I really freaking like this phone, it's a learning curve... but damn it it just works. I will always love Android, but right now I have no regrets changing over to the dark side.

@SUMSUNGUSA thanks to your Note 7 debacle, my small business is losing money. and there is no solution in the near future. It is ridiculous that I have to wait 10-15 days for you to process my refund, so that I might then be able to buy a working replacement phone. until then i will not be able to run my business properly. sincerely this has made life hell for me these past few months, and for that I refuse to buy a samsung device again.

Question for those that purchased from samsung, could you exchange your phone through your carrier? 

+TMobile​ due to unethical business practices, you have lost a customer for life, i don't care if you offer your service free, i still couldn't use it. You hold my Note 7 hostage and want me to keep paying for a service that hasn't worked in 2 months in order for me to hit 40 days to meet your criteria for unlocking a phone. That is BS.

+TMobile​ customer service is by far the absolute worst I've ever dealt with. It's not just one bad apple, it's the whole Damn bunch! I've spent hours on the phone with them and in store over the past 2 months to fix a problem. And they still can't/won't fix it. I'm at my wits end, and have patiently tried to work with them for like I said 2 MONTHS! THERE has to be at least one intelligent person that works at T-Mobile who can help me. T-MOBILE social media guy/girl please see this and get me that one person!! I beg of you!

I don't believe I've ever been so frustrated with a cell phone service or phone situation before in my life. T-Mobile has been an absolute nightmare the past 2 months as far as my service. And the Note 7 debacle hasn't helped. I originally had the S7 and about 2 months ago my data got throttled and never returned to full speed. I have sat and talked with T-Mobile customer service for a total of many hours, resetting APNs ave such. To no avail nothing fixed my issue. I finally received my replacement note 7 and low and behold I'm having the same issue... throttled internet! So it cant be device issues. Last night went to a T-Mobile store to try a new SIM...yep nothing, still a $900 paper wieght that I can make phone calls on. Fed up I go to another carrier to switch only to find out that my device is carrier locked. A call to T-Mobile, and was told that samsung had to unlock it..i call Samsung and they say nope... it's a T-Mobile phone.. so I call T-Mobile back and get the same run around..i finally get a manager who supposedly did a SIM unlock request but I won't find out for 48 hours. I'm about to flip my lid!! I just want to use my phone 😣 I used to love T-Mobile, and constantly recomended them to people.. but now after this I can't in my right mind do that anymore.
