Updating the National Board Dental Examination in 2020
(http://ow.ly/eq2A30lEJUL)

It’s time for a change! The Integrated National Board Dental Examination (INBDE) developed in 2009 is getting a renovation in 2020. Instead of the current two-part test designed to assess and license new dentists, the new INBDE will be a unified test featuring 500 items. The overhaul is designed with public health in mind, to address recent major advancements in the field of dentistry.

Aging Well With Oral Care
(http://ow.ly/gDjM30lEJUB)

As we age, our bodies require different self-care habits to maintain health and oral care is no exception. This article from the New York Times notes that brushing and flossing remain constants, but medications that cause dry-mouth add a new vulnerability to our teeth. Make sure you stay hydrated to prevent your gums from receding and leaving your roots vulnerable to decay!
