A pergola will help keep the house cooler in hot weather, stay dry when you walk out your back door and another place to send adds extra usable living space.

And a Pergola Land pergola also gives you the best design, high quality materials and outstanding construction to make it a lifestyle improvement you'll love all year round.

There are four standard way a Pergola Frame can connect to the house. From the wall; the fascia board under gutter; in-front of the gutter using fascia brackets and a under-flashing; or above the gutter line on the roof using roof brackets.

Yay! Warmer weather, more fun outdoors, beaches and BBQ's. Looking forward to it all.

Here's a before and after for a job we did earlier this year. The modern warm neutral tones with the straight clean pergola lines really enhances a beautiful setting. The Pergola is fitted with our Multiwall Polycarbonate PolicarbIR to allow the light and reflect the heat.

We had the chance to visit and follow up a few of our clients today. Over at West Pymble we checked out the finished product of a sloping flyover pergola. Flyover refers to the use of roof brackets where instead of attaching the structure to the eaves or wall, brackets are fixed to the house rafters. The pergola roof effectively over laps (flyover) the house roof. Benefits of this style of attachments include higher roof height, greater sense of space, better airflow and access to the existing house gutters. The client has really finished off their back living space with decking, gardens and tasteful colour co-ordination.
