Sad to say my experience was not good! I had my windshield replaced back at the end of 2014. While driving cross country in January I felt like the car was a bit louder (wind) and then it started to rain heavy the top of the windshield was leaking. I called Performance Window Tinting and Auto Detailing but no one answered so I left messages. Well, I couldn't wait around to hear from them so I took it into a place in Colorado to get looked at...the top of the windshield had NEVER been sealed! NOT COOL! This company has proven that they do not take pride in their work or in "service with excellence" since they just felt they did not need to try and even apologize for this crappy work. I spent $256.19 with this company...luckily the company that fixed their crappy work was great and really took care of me. Thanks to Gerber Collision and Glass!

Freindly service but im not paying for that. I made a 4:00 appointment showed up at 3:30 and didnt get my car pulled in to tint it until 5:30. To further insult me because of my age(17) they took a customers car that didnt walk in till. 4:30 car at 4:45. He had a 4door and i had a 2 door any way besides i had a apointment.when i got my car back the tint looked like it was cut by someone with cerebral pulsy and looked as if they didnt even attempt to clean the windows before tinting it. As if i was pissed enough they cut the weather striping on my car so they didnt have to pull the door panel off and they could tint it quicker. I tried to get my money back and money for the weather strping. I was lucky to have the weather stripping payed for but i wanted all my money back as i have to have the car te tinted anyway. Trying to get my money back was difficult due to the fact these people dont know the english language, i could hardly understand them there ebonics were so bad. When i asked for a full refund this was the response quote " you aint guna do me like dat, you aint guna double tap me on top". When the tinter came out was another story. The african american worker wearing a gold chain who is suppose to detail cars yells loud as hell " chong did u do this get over here". This wasnt ur average rusted honda they cut up eigther it was a very clean mitsubishi 3000gt. To add even moree!! They left cut peices of tint on my seats. I mean the least you could do is clean up after yourself. I would never recommend this to any one. The only good that came from this was a funny story for me to tell freinds. I mean come on the asian guy and black guy were just so sterio typical. The least the black guy could do is try to act professional and hopefully learn proper english.

Great experience, took 45 minutes, lifetime warranty, friendly staff, great tinting! Gave advice on what percentage to go with based on the car ... would highly recommend!

I was considering a groupon for clear bra so I emailed Performance Window Tinting on a Friday evening. I was surprised to receive a response from Clayton that same evening in which he answered my questions. I made an appointment for the clear bra installation for a week later. On the install day I left my car to have the work done. They close at 6pm so I called close to 5pm to check on my car; I was told it was complete. When I arrived I was surprised that my car was not parked out in front of the shop. Instead it was down at the end of the parking lot; the lights were on and I expect it was running. This was a bit disturbing because I saw no reason for the car to be driven away from the shop. I told the lady at the desk that my car was down at the end of the lot and she also didn't know why. She went in the back and soon after the install guy drove my car back to the front of the shop. It was near dark so I could not closely inspect the work. I was told not to wash the car for a few days so the bra could dry. A few days later I made a closer inspection of the clear bra. I have an idea of how difficult it is to install films as I have done a few tint jobs of my own. The install was quite good save for one small area which had some liquid trapped. The area is less than the size of a dime but it's in a very conspicuous area. I emailed and again Clayton quickly responded asking me to bring the car back. Back at the shop Clayton and the install guy had a close look. They told me the bra was still drying and with the cold weather it could take quite a while. I was OK with waiting but did make it clear that if the spot doesn't improve I would not be happy with the work. Clayton was very accommodating and assured me that they would take care of everything to my satisfaction. It's been a month since then and the spot remains. When the weather warms up I will take the car back and I expect Clayton will make it right. All in all my experience has been good thanks to Clayton. I have rated PWT as 4 stars with the assumption that my install will be fixed to my satisfaction when the weather improves. Edit: My last email with pictures of the issues received no response. I'm dropping a star. I think it's better to choose a shop that will get it right the first time rather than go through the hassle of returning to have things fixed.

I live 40 min. away from home and I'm 100% satisfied with the way my tints look. It was definitely worth the drive. Their staff knows there stuff has well. Melanie is great with customers and on the phone. She's real good in engaging with customers and making them feel important and comfortable. Melanie is very friendly and knowledgeable. I've been to lot's of different tint places and this one was the best in service, quality, and pricing. I will definitely come back!!

First time ever having my car tinted... I was told about this place by numerous people. I called at 4 pm and they told me to bring it by I was in by 4:20 out by 5:30. Most tint places I called wanted to schedule an appointment. Performance auto rocks. Keep up the great work!!

Avoid this place like the friggin plague... Don't gamble and roll the dice with this company...do yourself a favor and go elsewhere (You have been sufficiently warned)

Flawless, professional, timely, responsive, and accurate summarizes my two window tinting visits for my two newly purchased vehicles. if you want it done right the first time and with expert advise, go to this place. these guys set an appointment and it is on time. I'm military and expect when you say 0900 start time, it starts at 0900, not 0905.
