Parents magazine and Edmunds.com last week announced that the Nissan Murano has been named to their annual listing of the "10 Best Family Cars of 2016." It is the second consecutive year the Murano crossover has received the prestigious honor. The 2015-2016 Murano crossover, which was completely redesigned for the 2015 model year, has won more awards over the last two years than any other SUV in its class.

If you're from Tyler, TX you may have noticed the evolution of Peltier Nissan. This was Robert Peltier's first store he purchased in Tyler, TX in 1989. When he purchased this dealership it was called Peltier Nissan Pontiac, a small dealership employing only about 15 people. Through the years, Peltier Nissan Pontiac became Peltier Nissan Pontiac Mitsubishi until both Mitsubishi and Pontiac were dropped, and the store became stand alone Nissan. After a few name changes and location swaps, Peltier Nissan has finally settled into where it is today, at the corner of the Loop and Spur 364, and has recruited around 80 employees.

I had the best experience at Peltier as compared to others. I kept waiting for a catch because it was too good to be true! Cassidy, the salesman that I originally talk to over the phone and submitted all info did all the leg work with no hassle. The next day Julian helped me with the paperwork and getting my.ar. Simple as that . I would recommend them to everyone!

Very good experience both times we have purchased a vehicle here. They have plenty of space for kids and even a kids play room. Sales people have been very helpful.

I WAS a customer at Peltier and recommended several people, had 2 people I referred and several people who purchased vehicles and I purchased two vehicles from them. I apied or credit then was told they could not get in my price range. Then later I received a letter from Peltier saying they would not try to help me. That is unprofessional customer service. I will never recommend them again! This letter was unnecessary and shows their real character. Your customer service department is awful!! Oh...and I have been approved so Peltier you missed out on a sale!!

Worst experience EVER!! Made a deal with the salesman at 4:00. Financing through my bank. Salesman knew it was 100% sold to me. I was to be at my bank at 9:00 the next morning to sign loan papers. At 9:05, I get a call while at the bank that my car was sold the night before!! I was never ask for a deposit or anything and later found out the car was sold to an employees family member!!! Called a member of management who obviously didn't care about my experience, his only reaction was I will see where our salesman dropped the ball! I have myself done business with peltier in the past as well as refured friends and family.... NEVER AGAIN! They obviously don't care about their customers or the reaction would have been let me see if we can make this right!

Please don't go to them for service! We have a 6 year old car whose a/c stopped blowing cold air. The service manager checked out and said we needed a new compressor which would be $1300. We decided to get a second opinion and we are glad we did. We took it to Premier auto and they fixed it (it was overcharged, possibly by Peltier?) for $109!

I paid them to install a new clutch. Them they called back and said they took it apart, and I need a new clutch, and they put it back together without fixing it. Then took it apart again to install the clutch. They obviously up sale committed fraud, and charged twice for the job. Cost me about $2,000 for labor to install a clutch. Then they didn't tighten my drive shaft. It wax finger tight and I had to tighten to 50 foot pounds. It almost fell off. There going to kill someone one day by not tighten up stuff to torque specs.

I Always get a good deal At Peltier Nissan. The employees are upbeat, friendly and always ready to help you! Thanks goes to Robert, Brett, Randy and Heather for all your help. Also wanted to say thank you to Mitchell-Service advisor and the service techs at Peltier's that worked on my daughters Sentra this past week, you guys did an excellent job!
