7 tips for staying original as a blogger via @altsummit

Let things influence you, but allow yourself to create and grow on your own. Search within to find your own place. - light rust studio
Teenagers are often accused of making bold statements to express who they are or who they want to be. They make lots of mistakes along the way, but eventually settle into a true representation of who they are. Bloggers, like teenagers, start out bold with one vision. Mistakes are made, but over time a true voice, rhythm, and style is established naturally. But, over time, staying original and continually innovating rather than relyin...

Instagram Hashtags for Bloggers That Will Triple Likes
Really great post which gives a lot of insight into HOW Instagrammers use hashtags. These hashtags are communities that were created by someone starting a hashtag that others can use and share.

The hashtag is not about them or their brand specifically. If you want to create a community that people can engage and grow, use a hashtag that invites others to participate and enjoy.

Using specific hashtags can also give you inspiration for what to post on Instagram such as #whereistand  which people use to post a snapshot of where they are standing at the moment.
Over 100K posts have been made to this hashtag.

One example
#howyouglow || 8.3k tags to date
Hashtag Creator:@howyouglow|| 53k followers
Blog: How You Glow

"Images appropriate for this category?
Anything that makes you so happy to photograph, someone would say you're glowing."

I hope you gain some insight into IG hashtags and find some new hashtags to try out.

+Janice Person It's a cool look at how hashtags are used other than the basic uses.

+Eunice Coughlin You should only use hashtags if they're relevant on any social media platform. You can find hashtags that are relevant to what you do by searching how other people in your industry are using them.

Imitation is the highest form of pissing me off. Quit stealing my content and violating my copyright. ~Jen T. Verbumessor

I am SUPER sick of people stealing my blog content, taking my blog post titles, using my image style etc. Don't go on my blog and copy my text for your blog. It is not flattery or borrowing. It's my intellectual property.

I spend a lot of time helping other people learn social media and how to do things online. My goal is to give you the skills to do these things yourself, not cut and paste my things.

You have been warned, I will be calling you out on it. STOP IT.
